Where to start with our review of Scott? Scott was fantastic! My sister in law recommended we contact Scott for our refinancing that was due in March 2026 since he had just helped her with her refinance. I first made contact with Scott at the beginning of 2025 looking for some advice regarding buying a new car. He was more than happy to chat with me and provide some guidance even before we signed on with him as a client. So naturally when 2026 rolled around we got in contact with Scott again. The process was so smooth and he was able to get us what we thought was a great rate as well as a excellent valuation on our home to allow for refinancing and for me to get a new car. Surprise to us was that even after we signed everything and agreed on a lender he was able to get an even higher valuation on our house and an even lower interest rate which meant we avoided LMI. Nothing was too much trouble for him to help us with and the time he spent with us making sure all the required documentation would be accepted by the bank made the process so much easier and stress free. Normally refinancing can take quite a while from start to finish with settlement but Scott was able to get everything completed and finalised within a month.
