Stage 1:
INITIAL DISCUSSION/CHAT

Prior to this meeting we will issue our credit guide and privacy statement.

At this appointment we will get to know you and understand your financial situation and what you are aiming to achieve.

Here you let us know other things that are important to you such as having internet banking, offset account, fixed or variable interest rate.

Stage 2:
RESEACH AND INFORMATION COLLECTION

After our initial meeting we will go over all the information provided and also collect documents from you such as tax returns, bank statements, business financials.

Once all these are reviewed we will discuss this with multiple lenders and find the best options based on your individual circumstances and requirements.

Stage 3:
PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT AND CREDIT PROPOSAL

This step you are provided with the Preliminary Assessment and Credit Proposal and 3 x lenders to choose from.

Stage 4:
SUBMIT APPLICATION TO CHOOSEN LENDER

The application is sent in and you will be updated when this is done and updated as progress happens.

Stage 5:
UNCONDITIONAL/ FORMAL APPROVAL

The bank will advise the loan is unconditional and you have formal approval.

Stage 6:
SETTLEMENT

This is where the funds are distributed to their purpose and the funding is complete.
After this we will be in touch multiple times to check offset accounts correctly setup, bank cards received.

Stage 7:
AFTERCARE AND REVIEWS

Our service doesn’t stop here… we will follow up at regular intervals to see how things are going and annually review your loan.
